Warranty, Returns and Cancellations

All products supplied by PPEx Inc. are subject to the original manufacturer's warranties. Credits will only be issued once the product has been inspected and approved by the original manufacture. Any implied warranty which the purchaser may have, including satisfaction, must be made within the applicable warranty period. In no event shall PPEx Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

All returns must be authorized by PPEx prior to being shipped back or dropped off at our location. Products being shipped back must be pre-paid by the customer. A 25% restocking fee will apply to special order items.

If you need to cancel your order please email info@ppex.ca with the order number in the subject line. Note if the product is a special order item it may be subject to a restocking/cancellation fee.
