Rocky's Roller #4 is designed to be a permanent system. This means that this system is meant to be bolted in place. The #4 can be mounted in many different places (walls, above-ground pools, raised decking, etc.) providing versatility for uniquely shaped or positioned pools. Unlike #4A, this base is only compatible with Rockys 4 Inch Adjustable Tubing. This product comes with BASE ONLY. Tubes are sold separately.
Ground clearance to the underside of tubing is roughly 6.5".
